Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Trial Recruiter / Patient Recruitment Specialist to support patient identification, outreach, screening, and enrollment across multiple clinical research studies. This role plays a critical part in advancing innovative therapies by ensuring eligible participants are informed, supported, and enrolled in compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely while collaborating with multidisciplinary research teams nationwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clinical trial participants through various outreach and recruitment channels

  • Educate patients and families on clinical trial objectives, procedures, risks, and benefits to support informed decision-making

  • Conduct remote pre-screenings to assess participant eligibility in accordance with study protocols

  • Support and facilitate informed consent processes when appropriately delegated

  • Collaborate closely with investigators, research coordinators, and study teams to meet enrollment goals

  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant documentation of recruitment activities and participant interactions

  • Ensure all recruitment and enrollment activities adhere to GCP, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards

  • Provide ongoing communication and support to participants throughout the screening and enrollment process


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Prior experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, healthcare, sales, or a related field preferred

  • Strong understanding of patient engagement, compliance, and confidentiality

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Comfort using electronic systems, databases, and scheduling tools

  • Strong patient-first mindset with a commitment to ethics, quality, and regulatory compliance
